Start Getting Results
Once you approve your proposal, we get to work immediately. Our team will clean up your books and begin managing your finances, giving you the clarity you need to grow.

What does the assessment cost?The professional assessment is $297, which is fully applied to your first month of service when you decide to work with us. If you choose not to move forward, you still keep the detailed assessment report – no hard feelings.

How long does the assessment take?Most assessments are completed within 3-5 business days. We spend 2-3 hours reviewing your books and systems, then provide you with a comprehensive analysis and custom proposal.

What if my business changes and I need different services?Business needs evolve, and so do our services. We review your service level quarterly to ensure it still matches your needs, and adjustments can be made anytime as your business grows.

How do you determine my pricing?We base pricing on factors like transaction volume, number of banks, credit card and loan accounts, business complexity, reporting requirements, compliance needs, and the level of ongoing support you require. Everything is clearly explained in your custom proposal.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?Not at all. We work on a month-to-month basis because we believe in earning your business every single month, not locking you into a contract.

How often will we communicate?That's up to you. At minimum, we'll review your books monthly and provide detailed reports. But we're always available for questions, advice, or strategy sessions whenever you need them.

Can you fix our messy books?Yes. Clean, accurate books are the foundation of good business decisions and tax compliance. We'll get everything organized and up-to-date, so you can sleep better at night.

What software do you use?We specialize exclusively in QuickBooks (either QuickBooks Online or Desktop as needed). You maintain full ownership and control of your books while we handle the day-to-day management.

Do you prepare tax returns?We don't prepare taxes, but we work closely with trusted CPA partners who do. We'll ensure your books are tax-ready and can connect you with CPAs who specialize in tax planning and preparation.
